IMD predicts dense to very dense fog over Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh

IMD Weather report: Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and other states are going to witness dense to very dense fog in the morning hours in the next few days, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted weather forecast on Wednesday. As per the IMD weather report, cold wave conditions at isolated pockets very likely over Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on December 25, i.e. Christmas; over Uttar Pradesh during December 23-25; over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Odisha during December 23-24; over Telangana on Dec 23. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), while giving a weather forecast, stated that dense to very dense fog in morning hours at a few pockets very likely over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi during the next 3 days. "Dense fog in morning hours at isolated pockets very likely over northern parts of Uttar Pradesh during the next 3 days," the IMD stated. IMD also stated that the ground frost conditions at isolated pockets very likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi during the next 2 days.
