Incessant Rainfall in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi today: IMD

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday has issued an alert of heavy rainfall in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and West Uttar Pradesh. The weather forecasting agency has also predicted the heavy rainfall for the places like Konkan, Goa, West Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan, and Gangetic West Bengal. https://twitter.com/Indiametdept/status/1153981448073834496?s=20 As per the prediction of incessant rains by Indian Meteorological Department, Punjab has been put on alert who is currently dealing with floodlike situations in Patiala, Bathinda, and Sangrur. https://twitter.com/capt_amarinder/status/1153986533273174016?s=20 In fact, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder tweeted and gave an alert to the people of Punjab. He said in a tweet, "Punjab will be witnessing heavy rainfall in the coming days as reported by the Indian Meteorological Department. Have directed all DCs to be on war footing & ready to deal with the situation on the ground." The IMD has predicted the incessant rainfall in Punjab on July 25 and 26.
