Indian Railways converts its coaches into Covid care Coches [See Pics]

While the coronavirus situation in India is getting worse amid the second wave, the Indian Railways has converted its coaches into Covid care coaches. The news agency ANI reported that the Indian Railways has converted its coaches into Covid care Coches. Also Read | Coronavirus Situation in India: With 2.61 lakh new cases, India records biggest ever spike While coronavirus situation in India is getting worse amid second wave, Indian Railways has converted its coaches into Covid care coaches.  Currently, 4,002 converted coaches are available with the Railways in its 16 zones and can be made available for the state governments on request. Meanwhile, the Delhi government has requested the railway ministry to provide up to 5000 COVID-19 beds in railway coaches at Anand Vihar, Shakur Basti Railway stations. Also Read | Weekend Curfew in Delhi: Police issues warning for violators While coronavirus situation in India is getting worse amid second wave, Indian Railways has converted its coaches into Covid care coaches.  Indian Railways has been taking various measures to contain the spread of the resurgence of Covid-19 cases, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Home Affairs from time to time. While coronavirus situation in India is getting worse amid second wave, Indian Railways has converted its coaches into Covid care coaches.  In view of the coronavirus situation in India prevailing out of the second wave of Covid, the Indian Railways stated that controlling spitting and act of similar nature due to any person not wearing a mask and entering Railway premises (including trains) was important to avoid the creation of unhygienic conditions which may cause danger to public health. In an order to prevent spitting and to ensure the wearing of face masks by all persons at railway premises (including trains), fines up to Rs 500 have been announced under the Indian Railways Rules 2012.
