International Nagar Kirtan departs from Jamshedpur to Ranchi in Jharkhand

The International Nagar Kirtan on Monday has departed from Jamshedpur to Ranchi in Jharkhand for the next destination. The Palki Sahib was rested in Jamshedpur on Sunday, from where the International Nagar Kirtan moved ahead to the further journey. The International Nagar Kirtan will now move to Ranchi in Jharkhand to let the Sikh devotees extend their prayers to Sikh Faith Founder Guru Nanak Dev Ji.  The International Nagar Kirtan started its journey from Sri Nankana Sahib in Pakistan, to mark the celebrations of 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Also, Sri Nankana Sahib is said to be the birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, which is why there is major chaos among the Sikh devotees. The International Nagar entered India from Wagah Border in Amritsar on August 01, 2019. The Palki Sahib is scheduled to mark the journey across India and therefore, it will conclude its journey at Sultanpur Lodhi. -PTC News
