Jammu and Kashmir: Three militants were gunned down in an encounter in Anantnag district on Monday morning. One of the deceased militants has been identified as Hizbul Mujahideen commander Masood of Doda. publive-imageMeanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir's Director General of Police (DGP), Dilbah Sing, said that Doda district in Jammu Zone has become militancy free as Masood was the last-surviving militants of Doda district.
