Joint delegation from Sikh bodies reaches Sri Nankana Sahib in Pakistan

A joint delegation from Sikh bodies including SGPC, DSGMC, Management Committee Takht Sri Patna Sahib and Sri Hazur Sahib on Tuesday reached Nankana Sahib, Pakistan to be the part of International Nagar Kirtan. The holy Nagar Kirtan will be commenced from August 1 after the Bhog of the Akhand Path at Sri Nankana Sahib Gurudwara. Meanwhile, the Akhand Path Sahib at Sri Nankana Sahib has begun on Tuesday for the International Nagar Kirtan, which will enter India from Attari Border, Amritsar. Prior to the holy Nagar Kirtan, the Enjoyment (Bhog) will be performed on August 1, and after that, the Nagar kirtan will be commenced. https://www.facebook.com/ptcnewsonline/videos/812574382471484/ A special 'Jatha' of approx 500 Sikh pilgrims crossed over to Pakistan on Tuesday morning for Nankana Sahib, to begin celebrations of the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Ji from his birthplace, Nankana Sahib on 1st August.
