Man booked for raping minor daughter repeatedly in Kaithal
A shocking case has come to light in which a resident a village in Guhla subdivision of this district allegedly repeatedly raped his own minor daughter. A case has been registered under section 376, 506 and POCSO Act against the accused. Accused has been arrested after a series of the raid were conducted. Guhla SHO, Angrej Singh told the sources that, Gurjant Singh, the accused has been booked and will be arrested soon. The accused has been identified as Gurjant Singh of Guhla village, district Kaithal. He was allegedly raping his 15 years old daughter from past 2 years. No other family member was aware of this act. After completing her class VIII, the victim continued to stay at her home and her father used to sexually assault her, whenever he got a chance. The Victim was fed up with the inhumane act of her father that he used to rape her and threaten her, not to tell about this to anyone. She then gathered courage and told everything to her mother and other family members. The family decided to approach the police and lodged the complaint. -PTC News
