Kartarpur corridor: India and Pakistan unlikely to sign agreement on October 23

The signing of an agreement on Kartarpur Corridor between India and Pakistan is unlikely to take place tomorrow (Wednesday). Earlier, both countries had announced that the agreement would be signed on October 23. While there has been no confirmation on the next date for the signing of the agreement, there are reports suggesting that it will be done on October 24. https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1186573900152336384 As per reports, officials of India and Pakistan will sign Kartarpur corridor pact on October 24. The pact is likely to be signed by a Home ministry official from the Indian side. Pakistan is insisting on levying a fee of $20 per pilgrim despite India’s objections.
