Kejriwal government aimed BUREUCRATS DUTY BOUND TO GIVE VIEWS ON MERIT BASIS Newdelhi: The Shiromani Akali Dal and Bhartiya Janta Party combine MLA Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa today met Lieutenant Governor of the Capital and said that new order of the Kejriwal government issued by Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Manish Sisodia and Minister Satyendra Jain to bureaucrats was aimed at looting the public money of the people of Delhi. He said that this is first such case in the history of the government as officials are duty bound to give their views on files on merit basis. It is worth mentioning here that both the AAP leaders had barred bureaucrats from taking any decision and had directed that all the decisions will be taken by Minister concerned of the department. Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa today said that new order giving absolute powers to the ministers was all about making money and loot of the public exchequer. He said that as Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejriwal had earlier done so in case of his co brother Mr. Surendra Kumar Bansal whose fake bills to the tune of Rs. 3 crore were passed by the government, this time Kejriwal and his coteries wants that no bureaucrat should object to this modus operandi on loot of public exchequer. He said that by resorting to these tactics Kejriwal and his teams want to mint money from the public exchequer without any official objections so they have barred them from writing their ‘views’ on the files. Lashing out at AAP Convener, Mr. Sirsa said that this has become abundant clear that Kejriwal has seen the message on the wall that this is his last term in office and people have already made up their mind to throw him out of power in next elections, so he is resorting to such practices to punish the people of Delhi by creating a mess in the governance. He said that it was shameful for him that instead of accepting his failure in delivering he has started playing dirty politics. Mr. Sirsa also said that Kejriwal has been proved as worst Chief Minister throughout India. He said that nowhere a Chief Minister is seen running away from responsibilities and making excuses but it is most unfortunate that people of Delhi are bearing this man who has been proved most corrupt, liar and misguided missile in India politics. He also reminded Mr. Kejriwal that this order amounts to Contempt of Court as the Judiciary has already cleared its view that LG is real administrator of the Delhi and giving such instructions is violation of High Court order. —PTC News
