Kerala Christmas New Year lottery result today: Kerala State Lottery is a scheme run by the Kerala government which takes place almost every day of the week while each lottery is of a bumper prize (Rs 70-80 lakhs). This time, a lottery ticket vendor has become a crorepati.
Besides weekly lotteries including Win-Win, Karunya, Sthree Sakthi, and Pournami, the board also conducts bigger lotteries on special occasions with bumper prizes in crores.

As per the report, the lottery tickets are sold all over the state while the winning numbers are declared online at 3 PM every day.
The Kerala State Lottery has changed several lives in the past few decades.
According to the rules, the winning prize can be claimed by those who bought a ticket.

However, this time a lottery ticket vendor had a fortune as an unsold ticket turned out to be the winner of Rs 12 crore after the Kerala Christmas New Year lottery's result was declared today.
The man has been identified as Sharafudeen, a 46-year-old vendor, who hails from Tenkasi in Tamil Nadu. Reportedly, he lives in a small house on 'poramboke' (government) land at Eravidharmapuram near Aryankavu in the Kollam district.
He is a Gulf returnee and had been struggling to take care of his family. Sharafudeen said that he wanted to build a house with the prize money and clear all his debts.
He would get around Rs 7.50 crore in prize money after 30 percent tax deduction and 10 percent agent commission.
