Khanna : Nigerian held with heroin worth Rs 10 crore
The Khanna police claims to have recovered 1.7 kg heroin worth Rs 10 crore in the international market by arresting a Nigerian national.
The accused has been identified as Ugbonia Chugwedi , who has been residing at Uttam Nagar in Delhi.
Addressing a press conference, Khanna SSP Dhruv Dahiya said a police party during a naka near the Canal Bridge, Neelon, saw a foreigner walking towards Neelon Khurd village after descending from a bus that was coming from the Chandigarh side. During checking, the police recovered heroin weighing 1.7 kg.
