The first look of Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha is finally out now and looks impressive as the lead character. Aamir took to Twitter while introducing himself, saying, “Sat Sri Akaal ji, myself Laal…Laal Singh Chaddha.” The actor looks simple and sober in a pink and grey check shirt, with Pink Turban. Also, he sports a long beard.

Aamir and Kareena started shooting for the film on November 1 in Punjab and also scheduled to shoot across cities like Amritsar, Ludhiana and Jalandhar, besides nearby towns and villages. Both Aamir and Kareena, were last featured in blockbuster 3 Idiots. The characters essayed by actors in Laal Singh Chaddha will denote the passage of time over three decades.

Also, the characters of Aamir and Kareena will depict themselves in various professions. Reportedly, Laal Singh Chaddha is an adaptation of Robert Zemeckis’ multiple Oscar-winning film Forest Gump, which was released in 1994, featuring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright. The actor will co-produce along with Viacom18 Motion Pictures.

As per reports, Aamir lost 20 kg to play the younger version of his title character Laal Singh Chaddha. Helmed by Advait Chandan and written by Atul Kulkarni, the film is all set to release on Christmas 2020.
