Lok Sabha Election 2019 Phase 4 polling begins; 10.3% turnout recorded till 9 am Polling for 72 Lok Sabha constitutions across 9 states began on Monday morning. While Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan will vote for the first time this election season. Maharashtra and Odisha will witness the final phase of polling.
