Manipur: 4 policemen, 1 civillian injured in Imphal IED blast [VIDEO]
In a major incident, at least 4 policemen and one civilian were injured in an (Improvised explosive device) blast at Thangal Bazar in Manipur’s capital Imphal, on Tuesday. The injured have been rushed to the hospital. The incident took place at Thangal Bazaar at around 9:30 am. https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1191622908390629377 Among those injured were additional superintendent of police (Operations), Imphal West district, a sub- inspector (SI), two assistant SIs and a rifleman. This is the second blast in four days in Imphal. Meanwhile, police have registered a case and are currently looking for the attackers. On November 2, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast was conducted by a few unidentified persons at Telipati area in Imphal East district, which left three BSF jawans injured. -PTC News
