Meerut: Agitated over challan, Man throws bike, bursts into tears [VIDEO]

Meerut: In a video going viral on the Internet, a biker from Uttar Pradesh's Meerut started throwing his bike in frustration and then breaking into tears after he was handed over the challan for not wearing a helmet. The video of the incident surfaced on the social media and went viral in no time.
