10-year-old boy sodomised after being Lured with chocolates by fathers friend
A 10-year-old boy was sodomised and then killed by his father’s friend in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh area after being lured with chocolates.
As per reports, the boy was strangled by the man when he started crying for help.
DCP (northwest) Aslam Khan confirmed the developments and said that the accused has been arrested for murder under the POCSO Act.
The 10-year-old was playing outside his house when the accused approached him and promised to buy him chocolates. The accused lured the boy away, proceeded to get inebriated and then sodomised the boy.
The child’s parents informed police on Saturday night after they had failed to locate him. The police used CCTV footage to nab the man.
