Mission 2019: Amit Shah to meet Badals in Chandigarh today BJP chief Amit Shah will hold a meeting with SAD patriarch Parkash Singh Badal and his son Sukhbir Badal on Thursday afternoon. As per sources, he will reach the airport at about 11:45 am. He will then hold the much awaited meeting with the Badals. He will also visit the flying Sikh Milkha Singh's residence, Hockey Player Balbir Singh. He is likely to visit Sector 34 Chandigarh Gurdwara today. BJP's Punjab president Shwait Malik will also be a part of the meeting. "It is part of the party president's ongoing 'Sampark for Samarthan' (contact for support) nationwide campaign and has nothing to do with recent Lok Sabha bypolls results," said Shwait Malik on Wednesday. 'It's a routine meeting with the Akali leaders said,' SAD leader Diljeet Singh Cheema. The BJP workers have reached the International Airport to welcome President of the BJP, Amit Shah. -PTC News
