Molestation case filed against Tanushree Dutta's advocate Nitin Satpute

Tanushree Dutta's advocate Nitin Satpute has landed in trouble. A molestation case has been filed against Nitin Satpute as he was representing Tanushree Dutta in a MeToo case against actor Nana Patekar. In the wake of the MeToo movement, Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of a sexual harassment in 2018. According to a report in news agency ANI, the case against Nitin Satpute has been filed in Mumbai. Interestingly, the complainant is also an advocate. Meanwhile, the case is still at initial stage and hence the further details are yet to be revealed. Earlier last month, on behalf of Tanushree, lawyer Nitin made headlines when he had filed a petition against the police officers seeking an enquiry against the police officers who had filed the B Summary in her case against Nana Patekar. The police registered a case in June with a B Summary report filed in court. https://www.ptcnews.tv/australia-bushfires-sikh-volunteers-offer-free-food-to-victims-en/ As per report, "The petition demands the court to initiate a contempt proceeding against the investigating officer for filing a 'false' report, and that a case should be registered against him by the Anti Corruption Bureau. Alos, it demanded a narco-analysis of all the accused and the investigating officer." When the Me Too movement started in India, Tanushree Dutta alleged Nana Patekar for intimidating her on the sets of Horn 'Ok' Pleassss back in 2008, while shooting for a song. She filed a complaint against the actor at the Oshiwara police station. The Mumbai Police informed the local court that they would not be able to prosecute Nana due to lack of evidence. -PTC News
