Monsoon Session 2021: SAD protest outside Parliament against farm laws

Farmers' Protest: Shiromani Akali Dal on Monday staged a protest against Centre's farm laws outside Parliament, as Monsoon Session 2021 started. Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal said that farmers want black laws to be repealed. "We issued an adjournment notice. "Today, whoever supports the farmers will have to force the Centre during the session for farmers' rights," she wrote. I appeal to all the political parties to come together and pressurize GOI to repeal Farm Laws," he added. Farmers have been protesting against the Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and facilitation) Act, Farmers [Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and 2 Farm Services Act, and The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act. -PTC News
