Mukherjee Nagar incident: Delhi High Court on Wednesday, received a PIL seeking independent inquiry by an independent agency like CBI to inquire the incident of alleged Delhi Police assaulting auto-driver and his minor son, on June 17, 2019. In a major incident, an auto driver named Sarabjeet Singh and his minor son were thrashed by the Delhi Police.
