Mumbai Indians release Mayank Markande to Delhi Capitals, brings West Indies batsman Sherfane Rutherford as replacement in IPL

Indian Premier League (IPL) Defending Champions Mumbai Indians have released Punjab-based Mayank Markande to Delhi Capitals and have brought in West Indies batsman Sherfane Rutherford in his place. The Right-arm leg break bowler will now don the blue jersey of Delhi Capitals, who have been phenomenal in Indian Premier League 2019. Likewise, Mumbai Indians have brought West Indies batsman Sherfane Rutherford, as a replacement.  Mumbai Indians won the IPL 2019, defeating defending champions Chennai Super Kings with 8-wickets. Mayank Markande was born on born 11 November 1997, hails from Patiala, but was born in Bathinda, Punjab. Mayank Markande, in IPL, played 17 matches out of which he has taken 16-wickets, and given 427 runs. Mayank's economy in the Indian Premier League has been 8.54. He played his last IPL match against Chennai Super Kings at Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, on May 10, 2019. Rutherford made his IPL debut against Kings XI Punjab at Feroz Shah Kotla, on Apr 20, 2019, while playing for Delhi Capitals. -PTC News
