Man arrested for planning gang-rape of wife with two Facebook friends
Mumbai: In a major incident, the police have arrested a man for planning a gang-rape of his wife along with two Facebook friends. The 25-year-old accused has been arrested by Jogeshwari police. The accused who is identifed as the resident of Palghar district. He works as an auto-driver. The two Facebook friends work in a pharmaceutical company in Mumbai. As per report, the gang-rape took place last November. However, the complaint was filed in January this year. According to the information, the accused brought his wife to Mumbai in a lieu of showing her a movie but took her to a shack in Jogeshwari where his friends were already present there. They gang-raped her at the shack. Meanwhile, the friends of the accused have been identified as Abhishek and Mangesh Yadav. An official said that the women's husband knew the two accused through Facebook.
