Narendra Modi to address marathon rallies in West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address marathon rallies in West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. In West Bengal, Narendra Modi will be addressing rallies in Bankura and Purulia districts. He will also hold public meetings at Azamgarh, Jaunpur, and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.
