Though the national level players serve the nation, by bringing mettle to the nation, do they get the same in return? While some of the players are receiving luxurious exposure, there are some players who are working like labors to earn their daily wages. Meanwhile, National level wrestling players hailing from Moga are working in rice fields for the most time to earn daily bread. No doubt, this affects their practice. National level player Arshpreet Kaur won 10 medals at state level consecutively, bronze and silver medal at national level said,” We need to practice more but due to the financial crisis we have to work in fields twice a day for at least 9-10 hours.
