New Zealand Parliament passes a motion condemning Pulwama terror attack New Zealand Parliament unanimously passed a motion condemning Pulwama terror attack on Wednesday. The motion was a move by New Zealand Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Winston Peters. He said, "This house condemns the attack on the Indian Central Reserve Police Force personnel in Pulwama."
