Niagara Falls lightens up in the tricolor on Indian Independence Day Kollam: With the efforts of administrator at the University of Buffalo, Kollam-native Sibu Nair, the Niagara Falls sported tricolour on the occasion of 70th Independence Day of India. The waterfalls looked exceptionally beautiful as they illuminated in the tri colors of the Indian flag. It was all decided during during the discussions of Independence day celebrations at western New York. This is to noted that Sibu heads the Buffalo Indian Association. It has amlost 800 families as members. This is not the first time, before this, in the year 2014, Niagara was lighted up in tricolour also on the ocacsion of Indian independence day i.e. August 15. The whole Indo-Canadian community is thankful to the Association for this kind effort. They must be feeling proud to be the part of Indo-Canadian community. Happy Independence Day! —PTC News-
