One held with 3-kg heroin in Jalandhar
The Jalandhar rural police today arrested a Mizoram resident and recovered 3 Kg of heroin from him. The suspect has been identified as Abraham Lalrinngheta f Khuangchera Section Ramhlun North, Near Presbyterian Church, Aizawl. He was carrying the drugs concealed in his car.

SSP Navjot Mahal said Rashpal Singh of the CIA Staff-2, Jalandhar (Rural), and SI Surjit Singh, along with a police party, laid a naka at the Nakodar bus stand. “The man on seeing the police tried to flee but was apprehended. He was working as a taxi driver,” the SSP said.
