Pakistan to open Kartarpur Sahib corridor for 550th birthday celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev ji In a significant move the Pakistan Government has accepted Indian Government's offer to develop passage from Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur to historic Gurdwara Kartarpur Sahib. Pakistan's Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary welcomed the decision of the Indian Cabinet on the Kartarpur corridor and said that his country would open the Kartarpur border with India for Sikh pilgrims to visit a historic gurdwara three. Pakistan Prime Minister will perform ground breaking ceremony at Kartarpur Sahib on November 28. “Pakistan has already conveyed to India it's decision to open Kartarpur Corridor for Baba Guru Nanak’s 550th birth anniversary. PM Imran Khan will do ground breaking at Kartarpura facilities on 28th November. We welcome the Sikh community to Pakistan for this auspicious occasion”,said Fawad Chaudhary in his tweet.
