Pakistan Train-Bus Accident: In a horrific accident, 20 people killed, including children after a speeding train '45 Up Pakistan Express' and a passenger bus collided at a crossing in Pakistan's southern Sindh province. The accident took place at the Kandhra railway crossing near the Rohri railway station on Friday. The 45 Up Pakistan Express was coming from Rawalpindi towards Karachi when it collided with the passenger bus. Sukkur Commissioner Shafiq Ahmed Mahesar stated that 20 people were killed including children. He added that the casualties could rise as the injured people were critical. Adding, he said that at least 60 people were injured and have been rushed to hospitals in Rohri and Sukkur. According to the information, the bus was going from Sukkur to Punjab, carrying 50 passengers. A senior Sukkur police official Jamil Ahmed said that it was a horrible accident. The impact of the collision was so strong that the bus was split into three parts. The train dragged the bus for around 150-200 feet, Ahmed added. Among those deceased, some of them died on the spot while some breathed their last while on the way to the hospital.
