Pan Am Games Lima 2019: Canada with 7 gold moves to fifth spot

Pan Am Games Lima 2019: Athletes from Canada continue to be among medals having taken their medals tally to 40, the second-highest after the US (55 with  23 gold). On day 3, Team Canada has seven gold medals in the first three days of competitions. Team Canada hit many major milestones. In equestrian, the dressage team earned its first gold in 28 years to punch its ticket to Tokyo 2020. Ellie Black continued her strong showing, becoming the first woman to win back-to-back individual all-around titles at the Pan American Games. In addition to the all-round individual, she won gold in Vault event in gymnastics.
