It was really a bad day for CLP leader Charanjit Singh Channi as Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal on Friday stumped him during the discussion over the Budget. Channi was at a complete loss of words to list even a single achievements of the Captain Amarinder Singh-led Punjab government (2002-07). Channi appeared confused and battled hard to answers posers from Sukhbir Singh Badal and he could count only the “patchwork done on roads” as the biggest achievement of Captain Amarinder Singh as Chief Minister of Punjab. It was actually a kind of question-answer round between Sukhbir and Channi which went on for pretty long time on range of issues.
