Patiala Media Club on Monday filed a complaint against Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala for allegedly threatening the media person for writing against him and for using rude language against the journalist.
The Media Club has handed over the complaint to Patiala SSP Mandeep Singh Sidhu. The SSP has assured of a thorough investigation into the matter.
The president of Patiala Media Club, Gurpreet Singh Chatha, stated that the singer has even asked his supporters to thrash media persons. In a live video, which went viral on social media in no time, he took the names of some media organisations and said that he is least bothered about news against him.
Sidhu Moose Wala had used offensive language against the journalist fraternity, Chatha alleged. Meanwhile, the Patiala media club has urged SSP to appoint an investigation officer in the case and act as per law against the singer for allegedly threatening the media person.

The SSP said that he will certainly look into the matter. Sidhu Moose Wala has been in the headlines for controversies. Be it the lyrics of his songs or some acts that lead him to controversy.
