The trouble of onion in the city is expected to end soon with supply from Nashik set to resume in Chandigarh. The administration is planning to sell onions at subsidised rates in the city. The officials of the UT administration have written to the central government to provide 250 quintal of onions from Nashik. An official of the UT food and supplies department, said that the onions would arrive from the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) network. "The UT administration will sell onions on no profit no loss basis.
