Petrol, diesel prices in India hike for 2nd consecutive day
Fuel Prices Hike: The petrol and diesel prices in India increased for the second consecutive day on Monday taking the rates to fresh record highs. According to the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the petrol in Delhi was being sold at Rs 95.31 per litre after a hike of 28 paise while Diesel witnessed a rise of 27 paise and was priced at Rs 86.22 per litre. On the other hand, the diesel was priced at Rs 90.92 and Rs 89.07 per litre in Chennai and Kolkata, respectively.
