Phagwara man shot by robbers in Manila Thirteen years ago, Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi left his modest home with dreams of a new life. Now, his village is grieving. He was working as a financer in Philipines. Gopi was on his way back home from his office on a scooter. Two unidentified armed assailants shot him dead. Then they flee with a bag full of money on the victim’s scooter.
