In a shocking misogynistic order, the president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte has asked soldiers to shoot female rebels in their genitals. Duterte said the armed forces should target women in conflict. “Tell the soldiers. 'There's a new order coming from the mayor. We won't kill you. We will just shoot your vagina',” Duterte, who was a city mayor before being elected the president, said. “If there is no vagina, it would be useless,” he said further, as per local media reports. What's more shocking is that the Presidential Communications Office carried the controversial remark in the official transcript from the event, using a dash in place of the word vagina. It may be recalled that Duterte came to power on the promise of killing all the country's drug users and dealers.
