PK Mishra is PM Narendra Modi’s new Principal Secretary, PK Sinha is Principal Advisor
Retired IAS officer Pramod Kumar Mishra has been appointed principal secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former cabinet secretary P K Sinha has been appointed principal advisor to the PM. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) gave the nod to his appointment as principal advisor to the PM with effect from September 11, 2019. He served as additional principal secretary to the Prime Minister for five years. In 2001, he was his top aide during Modi’s stint as Gujarat CM.
