New Delhi: It was a pleasant morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 19 degrees Celsius. "The minimum temperature recorded at 8.30 AM was 19 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season," a MeT official said. The humidity level was recorded at 34 per cent. The weatherman has predicted a clear day today with the mercury settling around 39 degrees Celsius. Yesterday, temperature in some parts of the national capital had touched the 40 degrees Celsius mark making it a hot day for the Delhiites.
