Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed the Vijay Sankalp rally at DDA Ground in Dwarka ahead of the Delhi Assembly Election 2020. Meanwhile, BJP President JP Nadda was also present during the rally. PM Modi said that "The upcoming Delhi Assembly elections are the first elections of this decade and it will belong to India. India's development will depend on the decisions taken today." "This kind of enviorment before the four days of voting has shaken everybody up. Yesterday in East Delhi and now in Dwarka, it is clear that what is going to happen on February 11 when the results will be out," PM Modi said.
