Police issues warning to vacate Tikri border [Details Inside]

Amid farmers protest against farm laws 2020, the police has issued warning to vacate the protest site at Tikri border or else face legal proceedings. The warning issued to farmers at Tikri border reads: "The gathering has been announced illegal and hence you all are advised to disperse the crowd or else face legal proceedings." As per the announcement, February 23 will be observed as ‘Pagadi Sambhal Diwas’ and February 24 will be celebrated as ‘Daman Virodhi Diwas’. A total of 11 rounds meeting took place between the farmers and the Centre but all of them remained inconclusive. It is pertinent to mention that since then there has been a complete deadlock between them.
