Falling under Bharmour assembly segment, Chasak Bhatori polling station is the farthest polling station from nearest road head located at 14 kilometers.

Himachal Assembly polls: JP Nadda casts his vote in Bilaspur
The BJP has changed its candidate from the seat. Subhash Thakur is presently the sitting MLA from the seat where he had defeated Congress' Bumber Thakur by 6,862 votes in the 2017 Assembly elections. The BJP has fielded Trilok Jamwal to win the seat again for the party. However, Congress has kept its faith in Thakur.
