The Pre-Budget Halwa Ceremony held at Finance Ministry to mark the beginning of printing of documents relating to the Union Budget 2019-20, here on Saturday. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and others were spotted during the customary pre-budget Halwa ceremony at the North Block in New Delhi. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget 2019-20 on coming July 5, 2019. Basically, it flags off the printing of the documents related to the budget which is going to be presented. The Halwa Ceremony took place at the basement of Finance Ministry's office in North Block in Central Delhi, where locates the special printing press. The Halwa ceremony took place under the presence of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
