Print Journalist Beaten Up in Faridabad, 9 people booked
A print journalist from Faridabad was assaulted and beaten up because he tried to stop his neighbors from bursting crackers late at night. The entire incident was caught on CCTV camera The journalist has been identified as Bijendra Sharma, he has been admitted to a hospital. Police have registered a case against 9 people in this matter. The victim said, "while i tried to stop them from bursting crackers after 11:30 in the night, they entered my house and started to attack with hockey sticks." -PTC News
