Probe reveals 'toolkit' created by pro-Khalistani organisation: Delhi Police
On Thursday, the Delhi Police filed an First Information Report (FIR) against the creators of a “toolkit” tweeted by activist Greta Thunberg in her messages supporting farmers’ protest in India. Likewise, the police said that it was created by pro-Khalistani organisation.
The police stated that it was an evidence of a conspiracy that resulted in violence that took place during tractor march on Republic Day.

Delhi Police said that initial probe has revealed that 'toolkit' appears to have been created by pro-Khalistani organisation.
It also stated that nobody was named in the FIR as the case has been registered on the charges of criminal conspiracy, sedition among others.

It further said that the documents (toolkit shared by Greta Thunberg) uploaded on social media has proper action plan about digital strike on or before January 26 while the tweet stormed on January 23.
The police said that it has came across document 'toolkit' aimed at creating social disharmony and filed case against its author.
Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Prakash Javadekar, said that the 'toolkit' matter was a serious one. It clearly showed that some foreign elements are conspiring to defame India.
Meanwhile, Praveer Ranjan, Special Commissioner of Police (CP), Delhi Police, said that "We haven't named anybody in the FIR, it's only against the creators of toolkit which is a matter of investigation and Delhi Police will be investigating that case.
"Sections in FIR are 124 A IPC-spreading disaffection against Govt of India, it's regarding sedition, 153 A-promoting hatred amongst various communities on social/cultural/religious grounds, same is 153 & 120 B for criminal conspiracy to give shape to such a plan," Ranjan said.
