Punjab: In a major road accident, as many as 18 people were injured after a Haryana Roadways bus rammed into a stationary truck in Bhankapur near Dera Bassi on the Chandigarh-Ambala highway on Monday morning. According to information, the accident took place when the Haryana Roadways, plying from Ambala to Chandigarh, rammed into a stationary truck on the highway road near Dera Bassi's Bhankarpur. They were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh, the sources said.
