Punjab Assembly Winter Session: Shiromani Akali Dal walks out against election of Kamal Nath as new Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister
Members of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) walked out of the Punjab Assembly on Friday in protest against naming Kamal Nath as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister. SAD staged out a protest while raising slogans against Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Ttyler.
SAD MLAs stormed into the well of the House against the congress for appointing Kamal Nath as MP CM on Friday.
SAD MLAs alleged that Kamal Nath has been honoured by Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for playing role in 1984 anti sikh riots.
SAD senior leader Bikram Singh Majithia alleged that, Congress has been protecting perpetrators of 1984 riots by appointing Kamal Nath as CM. He added that “Whenever congress comes to power, it protects the perpetrators of the 1984 riots.”
