Punjab BJP chief Kamal Sharma in trouble as his aide was found to be helping drug dealers

Ferozepur, August 6, 2015: The Ferozepur police booked five persons in connection with aiding, abetting and shielding drugs dealers; prominent among them were  Ferozepur  BJP president, BJYM chief, DSP, SHO.

One faction of BJP also came out in open demanding resignation of the state president Kamal Sharma, whose personal aide was found  hand in glove with the drug smugglers.

Sensing all this, the Ferozpur Congress led a protest rally against the BJP chief and also demanded high level probe.  A case has been registered under No.158 on August 5, 2015 under sections 420 and Prevention of Corruption Act1988.
