Punjab Budget 2021 Presentation Today: Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal will be presenting his budgetary proposals for the financial year 2021-22 in Vidhan Sabha on Monday.
Budget 2021 will be the last one of the Punjab government led by Captain Amarinder Singh ahead of the Punjab Assembly election 2022.
According to analysts associated with the same expects the budget to be focused on the agriculture sector, jobs, and healthcare.

The coronavirus pandemic has hit Punjab’s revenues, including GST collections and started showing signs of recovery in the past three-four months.
Meanwhile, the Rs 25,968-crore revenue deficit grant as recommended by the 15th Finance Commission, including Rs 10,081 crore for the financial year 2021-22, will help reduce the impact.
There are several challenges that lie ahead for finance minister Manpreet Singh Badal including the state capital expenditure, revenue growth rate and total revenue expenditure.
