Punjab Budget at 11 am, instead of 2 pm on February 18
The Punjab Government’s budget session started on a stormy note on Tuesday. Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal will present the budget on February 18. The ten-day session will conclude on February 21. Revised program of the Punjab budget was released today (February 14). The time of the Vidhan Sabha has been shifted from 2 pm to 11 am.

According to the media reports, many important bills will be tabled in the session including ‘The Punjab One-Time Voluntary Disclosure and Settlement of Violations of the Buildings Bill 2019’. Amendment to Section 3-AAA in ‘The Punjab Legislative Assembly Act, 1942’ is also scheduled to be tabled in this session.
