Punjab Bypolls: Congress’s Indu Bala files nomination from Mukerian
Congress candidate Indu Bala has filed nomination papers for byelections from Mukerian on Monday, the last date for filing nominations. As she filed her papers in the court of SDM Ashok Kumar, she was accompanied by OP Soni, cabinet minister Sundar Sham Arora, Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa, and Asha Kumari. Voting will be held on October 21 and counting will be done on October 24. Earlier, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Santosh Kumar Gogi filed his nomination for Punjab Bypolls from Phagwara Assembly seat on Monday, the last date for filing nominations.
